I had two interviews yesterday. I have two more on Monday. And Tuesday. And Wednesday. There are at least two more companies who would like to bring me in sometime next week, and it looks like they'd better schedule my time soon.

I'd like to credit this to myself, but really I haven't done anything extraordinary. In fact, I've been busy enough I haven't really pursued new leads since New Year's. My corner of the economy is just that good right now.

Basically, all the deadwood that everyone had gotten used to having around vanished. As a result, supply and demand have shifted again...
