Alright, I have signed and returned the offer, so I think it's safe to say that my new job is at Convoq.

I was actually busier job-hunting than employed, but since the upshot of getting laid off was a month's vacation and a job upgrade, it's not so bad.

Well, in as much as I needed to get up earlier, frequently had job-hunting creep into non-business hours, and was entirely inaccessible rather than constantly jacked.
