I would have to say that he is somehow, miraculously, more effeminate that Captain Jack Sparrow.

Yeah? I liked it, but I also read it before I read Top Ten. It had sort a Pratchettey vibe that I enjoyed.

I recently read Top Ten to [livejournal.com profile] kestrell. The scene with Smax mirand-izing Commissioner Ultima went over very well :-)
