It's nice to have a boss that does that sometimes. (Like, for example, when you're too busy to notice it yourself.)

yeah, it is. i would probably have sat there peering at my computer and occasionally nodding off onto my keyboard all day otherwise. i hate giving in to a cold, so it's a good thing he brushed aside my objections and insisted.

Of course, he may have had an ulterior motive. (As in, "stop giving me your cold.") But we'll assume good intentions for the record.
