(no subject)

tpau and I went striped bass fishing on the cape with my father today. It was a lot of fun, and we got four enormous filets out of it, but damn was it a lot of work. It didn't help that I went fighting yesterday and got my arms beaten up, but pretty much my entire upper body was dead by the end of the day. Even thirty inches is a lot of desperate fish to fight against. Anyway, lots of nice suzuki sashimi now.

dkapell Came over in the evening and we watched The Big Hit which was much better than I expected. Very very funny.

Now should sleep; only got four and a half hours last night. Between that and thermal shock I feel pretty thoroughly vile, which I hope will go away by morning...
