I got a surprise unemployment present today: a bottle of Amarula (as recommended by Lore). dkapell rocks.

Their website lists a couple (http://www.amarula.com/lifestyle/cocktails.asp) of other interesting things to try. Although Amarula on ice seems like a pretty weak entry, I should try some of the others.
