You know, I thought about writing up a ten year cross-section as many of my friends have done. I've found them interesting and informative, if also sometimes deeply nostalgic. The problem is that ten years ago I was twelve, and I can't actually remember a single thing that happened in my life that year. Notable events start about six years ago for me, and even so most years would read something like "got more involved in SCA, gaming, and theatre. Became closer to
tpau." How about I come back to the idea in ten years instead?

Even if any of that were about my life, the point is that nothing was important enough to stand out in my memory, and thus not interesting enough to write about. You could probably dig up what subjects I was studying at the time, etc. but that sort of thing just isn't worth expounding on.

I'm going to assign you a week of reading Zits. You're behaving like a 14-year-old.
