(no subject)

Problem: sleeves of cotton garment are mottled with bloodstains.

Solution: apply bleach cleaning solution to sleeve.

Result: sleeve of garment turns purple.

I don't like the way this day is going...

Bloodstains come out really easily with peroxide and cold water - just pour peroxide on and rub it in until the spot fades almost completely, then rinse and rinse and rinse with cold water. Should still work, even after the bleach.

(Why yes, this is something I have to deal with on a daily basis... :) )

I find a good soak in Coke works

I'm sure I've mentioned it in my own journal somewhere, but I'm a big fan of Oxi-Clean. And a bleeder.
