dkapell yesterday that between the SJC's same-sex ruling, Ted Kennedy's public challenging of Bush, and being the only state still prosecuting Microsoft, I was very impressed with recent Massachusetts governance. In fact, I said that it would be great if it weren't for lingering annoyances like the blue laws.
