An E, energized after a party? Trés Bizarre

A rarity, I'm back from my party before [livejournal.com profile] tpau from hers.

We both went to [livejournal.com profile] siderea's informal MBTIing session this afternoon, along with [livejournal.com profile] juldea and [livejournal.com profile] alexx_kay. I got a nice unambiguous ENTP; checked, crosschecked, with a general consensus that the profile fit me spang on. Unfortunately the other three were all various degrees of indefinite, with possible multi-layer internal/external dichotomies. Perhaps I just have a simple mind.

After that I drove [livejournal.com profile] alexx_kay home and hung out with him and [livejournal.com profile] kestrell briefly before they left for a concert and I hopped across Dorchester for [livejournal.com profile] ricevermicelli's birthday party. Lots of tasty cake and people I haven't seen in a while. Spent a lot of time talking with [livejournal.com profile] cos, and caught up with JS (who has an LJ out here somewhere [Edit: it's [livejournal.com profile] joshwriting]). Also met a variety of new fun people, and generally had a good old party experience.

Then I dropped [livejournal.com profile] elusiveat AndBoy at The Buttery, and here I am. I'm mildly surprised that [livejournal.com profile] ladysprite and [livejournal.com profile] tpau's Girls Only movie night is running so late, but maybe it's turned into a slumber party. And maybe I too should slumber sometime before the sun gets up.

But then again, I could read a little Neuromancer...

OMFG

OK, remakes are of course commonplace in film, and some of them seem a bit ill-considered. Liev Shreiber is The Manchurian Candidate, I'll buy that. Frank Oz remakes The Stepford Wives, a little odd. But... Keanu Reaves is John Constantine??? What is this, an attempt to make every Alan Moore adaptation worse than the last?
