I don't know if Steve Herrell was the first person to think of making a frappe with orange juice in place of milk, but his minions providing me with the notion, and I drink one in his honor.

Arisia was alright. I've had more interesting ones, but it was certainly enjoyable throughout. If I go next year, I'm returning to the plan of getting a hotel room, however.

Last weekend seems to have been full of change and upheaval for a number of people I know. I hope you all make it out to better places...

Ok, I'll allow for vanilla and OJ, chocolate and OJ, strawberry and OJ, but for the love of all that is holy, do NOT mix up one of these with mint chip ice cream!

That said, I think there are probably a lot of flavors where this is a bad idea, or even just a miss, if the OJ interferes with or supersedes the more nuanced ice cream flavors. I would probably go with low-acid OJ myself, to avoid any curdling concerns as well.
