learnedaxI don't know if Steve Herrell was the first person to think of making a frappe with orange juice in place of milk, but his minions providing me with the notion, and I drink one in his honor.
Arisia was alright. I've had more interesting ones, but it was certainly enjoyable throughout. If I go next year, I'm returning to the plan of getting a hotel room, however.
Last weekend seems to have been full of change and upheaval for a number of people I know. I hope you all make it out to better places...

Date: 2009-01-22 04:28 pm (UTC)That said, I think there are probably a lot of flavors where this is a bad idea, or even just a miss, if the OJ interferes with or supersedes the more nuanced ice cream flavors. I would probably go with low-acid OJ myself, to avoid any curdling concerns as well.
