Fastest. Blizzard. Ever.

Drove up to CVS at 6:25. Temperature was moderate, bone dry.
Drove away from CVS at 6:32. Maybe a little hazy, but no precipitation.
Turned corner at 6:33. Thought "what's that stuff in the streetlight...?"
Had 10 meter visibility at 6:35.
Parked outside house at 6:38. One half inch of accumulation. In five minutes.

Did I order a blizzard?

I was in the McDonalds drive through... excuse me, drive-thru, and I rolled down the window to pay and this whirling tentacle of snow came whipping across and into my car. It wasn't what I ordered...

Saw much the same in Dorchester. And ten minutes later, it was down to light flurrying. Reminded me of one of those brief-but-violent summer thunderstorms, but I've never seen a snow version of one before.
