have been hacking around with S2 a bit more seriously... it has some annoying quirks (why did they embrace Python's triple-quoted strings???) but is overall fairly decent. hmm. probably bedtime now.
I've put it to use and made a custom layout for my friends list that is actually an RSS 0.92 feed. I'm reading my friends list through my news aggregator right now.
