new_man and mermaidlady's. Very long, lots of fun interesting people with LJs who I will not enumerate here. A moderate amount of hot tubbing in the High-Tech Bubble Experience. Good food including Palio leftovers, and meat from new_man's shiny new grill. Also some entertaining, and mostly comprehendible, chatty brits.
The party of today:shogunhb's chance to show off his new grill. A bunch of fun Worcester folk I hadn't met, and some friends I hadn't seen in a while. Unexpected (by me) appearances by princess_muffin, baron_saturday, and mr_teem. Entertaining jello, er, well, not wrestling really, more like jello girly-fighting, but it was pretty entertaining whatever it was. Catastrophic plumbing issues kept shogunhb unfortunately preoccupied for much of the party, but everyone else had fun.
The party of tomorrow: BBQ atelizabear and dsrtao's. The food will have been great, the company will have been witty, and the fireworks will have been fireworky.
I was actually thinking about fitting in a couple of other gatherings this weekend, but I decided to take it easy.
