Pro Tech, or rather that retail location, underwent an ownership change a little while ago. Err, probably 6ish years ago. Since then they seem to have picked up, but my experiences with them have been mixed. Towing and doing field service, their guys are always prompt and professional; but when I went there for an inspection, they told me to go around back, and then made me wait so long I ended up leaving.
So, nu. I'd forgotten they had a full-service garage in there.
I do feel good we were all able to diagnose the alternator as being the problem. The price sounds about right too. :)
