learnedaxMedium busy weekend. Friday got together with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
new_man and pax_industria for dinner and helping Pax pack, from whence N and I went to check out some burlesque and music (it was alright - better music than burlesque in my opinion).
Saturday did more unpacking, website work, shopping, and media consumption, then spent the evening hanging out withdevoken. (Yet another it's-a-small-world amusement: a couple of days before when chatting with devoken she mentioned her friend with whom she was staying, and offhand that the friend was joining the Peace Corps is a couple of months. And I said "that's funny, my friend wildelven just mentioned that ragingamazon was joining the Peace Corps in a couple of months". They were, of course, one and the same. So I glanced at ragingamazon's journal, and she seemed to be friends with a third of the people I know in Boston, so I figured I should meet her. Then, when I did meet her on Saturday I got to say "oh, hi, I haven't seen you in forever...", because OF COURSE I knew her.)
Today I spent the morning loading Pax's stuff into a truck, then went on over to fight practice, where I unexpectedly won our little local tourney and expectedly got pounded in melees (sure, four on one seems rough, but I helped them out by being on my knees), then a quick bit of shopping, home and showering, and off to spend the evening with my parents. And then, now. And then, sleep.
