(no subject)

I just found out that a close friend and former roommate probably has hemochromatosis, based on several blood tests, a DNA test, and an MRI. This is right after morgi got released from the hospital, too. Not to mention that my grandfather died suddenly two months ago (two weeks before my wedding, in fact). I think it's safe to say I'm more than a little disturbed by this rush of reminders about the frailty of man.
