Fluid Device... of the Beast

Guess what patent number got issued today? I just happened to pick it as a random number for trying out Google's patent search, after noting that 8,675,309 was not yet issued. (Sadly, I actually knew because of work that we were around 6,xxx,xxx)

This must be some kind of omen.
