Feb. 13th, 2008 01:06 amLarp: coming together. Juggling routine: just about set.
Speaking of which, this low content post also features a shameless plug for a show I'm in. If you're not around Boston this Thursday, you can pretty much stop reading now.
My juggling performance debut is this Thursday, Valentine's day, with the Boston Babydolls at their Carnaval d'Amour. It's at TT's at 9pm, and for a Babydolls event is unusually full of cool stuff beyond classical burlesque; there will be stiltwalkers, hoopists, poi spinners, jugglers (e.g. moi), music by Cirkestra, a Cabinet of Curriosities (the same people who did one at Arisia, where it was perhaps the weirdest thing present), and in recognition of the holiday Lush will be on hand, er, as it were, doing hand massage amongst other things.
I'm also performing with the Babydolls on Saturday at The Geometry of Love in New Hampshire, but that's, you know, further away and less chock full of circusy stuff. It could be mathier, though.
