... and once again [livejournal.com profile] jducoeur and I demonstrate that although we generally hold diametrically opposed views on everything from Economics to Sci-fi, we can talk about them for an arbitrarily long time. [livejournal.com profile] tpau was just dropping off something for [livejournal.com profile] msmemory, really, how did so much time go by...?

Dance was too sparsely attended to be much fun. Since [livejournal.com profile] ladysprite, [livejournal.com profile] jducoeur, [livejournal.com profile] shprintzah, [livejournal.com profile] asdr83, and [livejournal.com profile] juldea were all absent, I mostly chatted with [livejournal.com profile] alexx_kay until he left, and then with [livejournal.com profile] richenza. Not that they're not fun, but it was kind of a downer.

Hey, I was absent too!

And by the sounds of it, I didn't miss much.

Well, yes, in fact a lot of people were absent, but the ones I listed as examples are those I tend to spend the most time cloistered with.

I think this is one of the smallest dance practises I've ever seen. Even though I was there, I was feeling kind of out of it, and didn't dance all that much.

[livejournal.com profile] juldea wasn't feeling well.

Yes, somehow dropping off the audiobooks and picking up [livejournal.com profile] tpau's belated birthday present (and other hostage exchanges) took 45 minutes. And would've taken longer if I hadn't thrown you guys out.

Well, the two of you seem equally as able to talk arbitrarily long, so that works out well. Or poorly if any sort of schedule need be adhered to.

Ah -- hadn't realized it was that small. That's usually not so much fun to dance at, and even less to teach. Pity; it does demonstrate that heavy rain can be almost as bad as snow at keeping people at home...
