Can relax in 24 hours

All my recent weeks have been draining, but this one's extra special. Wednesday I got in some good hard heavy list practice, followed by lugging stuff around till my arms felt dead. Then yesterday I exhausted myself with soccer in the afternoon, forgetting that I would be doing intense stage combat rehearsing in the evening - which, interestingly, left me more battered than the real combat. Tonight was pretty light, as I spent it banging on armor and building furniture at new_man's place for tomorrow; it was still manual labor, however, and so it didn't exactly help. I am beat, and I have to be very high energy tomorrow starting early and running late.

Clearly I need to force myself to sleep...
