Having your car completely die in the middle of a busy intersection is, I am now in a position to say with authority, not a Good Thing. My rough diagnosis is a short in the electrics which is, among other things, preventing the spark plugs from firing.

Parking without the aid of drive is likewise an unusual experience that does not come highly recommended.

And doing it with a mobile home even less so. (It wasn't mine - we parked and helped to push/steer.)

I once had to push my car from campus' main entrance to X lot and park it, because a fuel pump had died. Fortunately, I was driving the VW Golf at the time, so three of us could push and steer it handily.

Been there- well, not there, but while trying to make a left turn across Rte. 28 summer traffic on Cape Cod, in a minivan, two kids 5 and under. Not fun, but as you see I survived, and so did you.
