Because I always let it go to long, I just tossed a ton of receipts from my wallet, including ones for dinner at Drai's on the strip, Indian pyrotechnics, and demi-gauntlets at last year's Pennsic.

Eleven days.

I thought you bought the demi's at Birka? Or am I thinking of a different set.

And obviously there's something in our contract about me dragging you out of state and making you spend money.

Oh, yes, you are correct. I was thinking of the arms from Pennsic, for which I did not still have a receipt.

So you can sort of bring Pennsic on one day earlier by making the road trip interesting. Between here and there depending on how you go are Howe Caverns, the Baseball Hall Of Fame, the Finger Lakes, Niagara Falls, a nifty indoor water park, Valley Forge, a Broadway show, a German restaurant worth going to, Gettysburg, and the mega-fabric place in Altoona. And that's just the start of it.

Heck, you could leave for Pennsic now, if you're of a mind to.

Yes... the problem is less that Pennsic won't be there than that I have other constraints. I'm counting down the days until I personally can leave.

(Yes, of course, I could leave as soon as I want to, it just has effects that I currently weigh as worse than missing a couple of landgrab days.)
