learnedaxSo, I went to see Cowboy Mouth at the Paradise yesterday. Enjoyable, good music, very energetic - and too damn loud. Ten hours later my ears are still ringing off the hook.
Specifically, my bass sensitivity is about nil. I was listening to Have a Cigar in the car, and regardless of volume I could only hear the refrain. Very trippy. Also, conversation is difficult when everyone sounds like Alvin, Simon, and Theodore.

Date: 2006-10-13 06:27 pm (UTC)Thanks for coming with me, though. I'm glad you had fun. Also, despite the fact that they gave me the small-size wrist band I was still able to remove it without cutting or twisting it. If only I could find a way to exploit this ability...
