Scalable Computing Indeed

Yesterday Apple announced a bunch of nifty new things both software and hardware, all of which I immediately wanted. The star of the show, though, was a pair of new Aluminum laptops one bigger and one smaller than any current Apple models. They're really cool. One thing struck me about seeing them contrasted, though (take a look here).

That's right, they're just like the LOTR sets made for two different scales. Now I really want an ad with Elijah Wood and Ian McKellen, where you cut back and forth between them using a Powerbook, but at the end you see they are really the same height, just using differently sized laptops.
