Sep. 27th, 2004 02:49 pmPresidential debates begin this week, and given Bush's propensity for inept public discourse they might be Kerry's best chance of overcoming the incumbent's small but distinct lead. Of course, both sides traditionally try to raise expectations for the other side, so that they might fall further. The Republicans seem to be going to extremes, in that regard:
