Tried our Kiwi Gewürztraminer with grilled asparagus and yellow curry chicken. It is, as suggested by dkapell, quite good with Asian spicing. I must remember, however, that it is very gewürzig.
Yes. You add some Kiwi juice to the grapes. It was a little strange when fresh, but now that it's aged for a year the Kiwi is not a noticeable separate flavor.
