Tvuj cesky je hrozny... no tak, prominte. Je zadny hloupy rusky. Myslim je moc blisko cesky, ale divny.

Good thing Czech uses roman characters... autotranslation yields "tvuj cesky them awfulness. come , socialite. Them hunkers stupidly Russia. Minds them sway blisko cesky , however quizzicalness."

Ok, maybe that wasn't so useful. My actual guess would be more like "Your Czech is horrible... you novice. Stupid Russians. They speak Czech, but all messed up."

Alright, that's pretty bad too, but it still amuses me.

Your Czech is terrible/hideous... oh yeah, Im sorry. It's only silly Russian. I think it's a lot like Czech, but strange.

I didn't use the required accent marks, which changes a lot...
